The tour starts at the Spanish border and ends at the most southwesterly point of Europe. You cycle through the peaceful, unspoilt countryside of the hilly inland, then down to the west coast as far as the "Cabo de São Vicente" and finally back to Sagres. Cycle for miles on a very good road without a car is not uncommon!

You never leave the coast! You cycle along the west coast to the Cabo de São Vicente, the most south westerly point of Europe, and finally to Sagres. Arrival in Lisbon and transfer to Setúbal. The following day you take the ferry to Tróia and then set off by bicycle!

An invitation to you to cycle along two of the most beautiful Atlantic coastlines in Europe! You arrive in Faro and the following day travel by train to Vila Real de Santo António. Then you set off by bicycle! Six daily stages bring you along the south coast to Sagres. After one rest day you continue in five more stages to Lisbon. Your route includes the “Cabo de São Vicente”, the most south westerly point of Europe, and then the west coast as far as Tróia, where you catch a ferry to Setúbal. The following day you will transfer to Lisbon.
